De Telegraaf reported this. The AIVD monitored Wilders during visits he brought to the Israeli embassy in The Hague. The intelligence service recorded his movements to the embassy and laid down the length of those visits.
The AIVD suspected that Wilders was receiving instructions from the Israeli diplomats about his work in the House of Commons. "It frustrated them greatly that they could not figure out what was discussed inside the embassy building. Actually they wanted to place listening devices for that reason, but that is impossible in the Israeli embassy", said a source to De Telegraaf.
'Scandal'
Wilders is furious and demands that Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende comes to explain the issue in the House on Tuesday after the spring recess. "It is a scandal that the secret service monitors a politician during his normal work", says Wilders.
"I want to know which ministers were informed, in which case they have a big political problem," said the Freedom Party leader, who said that the visits were related to his work for the Liberal faction. The Israeli Embassy advises that the contacts with Wilders belonged to "the legitimate work of a diplomatic representation. The AIVD declined to comment.
A few weeks ago commotion arose when Wilders said he felt "intimidated" during an interview with the National Coordinator for Combating terrorism.

AIVD schaduwde Wilders bij bezoeken ambassade
Dat meldt De Telegraaf. De AIVD hield Wilders in de gaten bij bezoeken die hij bracht aan de Israëlische ambassade in Den Haag. De inlichtingendienst registreerde zijn gangen naar de ambassade en legde de duur van deze bezoeken vast.
De AIVD vermoedde dat Wilders instructies kreeg van de Israëlische diplomaten over zijn werk in de Tweede Kamer. 'Het frustreerde hen enorm dat zij niet konden achterhalen wat er binnen het ambassadegebouw werd besproken. Eigenlijk wilden ze om die reden afluisterapparatuur plaatsen, maar dat is in de Israëlische ambassade onmogelijk,' aldus een bron tegen De Telegraaf.
'Grof schandaal'
Wilders is woedend en eist dat premier Jan Peter Balkenende (CDA) dinsdag, na het voorjaarsreces, naar de Tweede Kamer komt om de kwestie uit te leggen. 'Het is een grof schandaal dat de geheime dienst een politicus tijdens zijn normale werkzaamheden volgt en in de gaten houdt,' zegt Wilders.
'Ik wil weten welke ministers hiervan op de hoogte waren, want in dat geval hebben zij een groot politiek probleem,' aldus de PVV-leider, die heeft gezegd dat de bezoeken te maken hadden met zijn werk voor de VVD-fractie. Ook de Israëlische ambassade laat weten dat de contacten met Wilders behoorden tot 'het legitieme werk van een diplomatieke vertegenwoordiging'. De AIVD weigerde commentaar te geven.
Enkele weken geleden ontstond ophef toen Wilders zei zich 'geïntimideerd' te hebben gevoeld tijdens een gesprek met de Nationaal Coördinator Terreurbestrijding.
